If you’re searching for unique holiday gifts from Whatcom County, and a way to do good at the same time, check out The Bellingham Herald’s annual Holiday Bazaar listings.

You’ll find plenty of places to shop for homemade crafts, enjoy the entertainment and munch on treats, all while supporting worthwhile causes.

Admission is free, unless otherwise noted. Bazaars are listed according to their opening dates. Events take place in Bellingham, unless otherwise noted. All beneficiaries of proceeds noted in listings are nonprofit organizations. Bazaars also will be listed in the Take Five entertainment magazine during the weeks when they occur.

THROUGH DECEMBER 24 >
Celebrate the Seasons:
The Candle Baker Homestead, 716 E. Pole Road, Lynden. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Handmade soaps, beeswax candles, scented tarts and melters, grubby tapers rolled in spices, primitive lamps, stitchery, quilt pillows, wreaths, pine board signs with sayings, primitive gifts, snowmen and Santas by A Work of Grace. Sandy Point Holiday Arts and Craft Show:
Sandy Point Firehouse, 4200 Sucia Drive, Ferndale area. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Features work of local artists. Refreshments. Contact: sandypointartists.com.

OCTOBER 19 to OCTOBER 21 >
June’s Yard Art and Gifts:
Private home and craft studio, 5470 Cody Lane. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Birdhouses, stepping stones, sun catchers, snowmen, Christmas items. Refreshments. Contact: 398-9254.
