There’s still novelty in some things Christmas.

So take advantage and head over to the Christkindl Markt at Canton Museum of Art (1001 Market Ave. North, Canton, 330-453-7666, www.cantonart.org) today-Sunday (10 a.m.-7 p.m. today, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday). More than 100 exhibitors will display wares, including pottery, sculpture and glassware. An Elvis-themed Christmas luncheon will be noon today. Admission is $6, $5 for seniors and kids 6-12.

Get out and enjoy the scenery at the Trophy Run 5K, 9 a.m. Sunday at South Mastick Picnic Area in Rocky River Reservation of Cleveland Metroparks. Day-of-race entry fee is $12. Call 216-623-9933 or go to www.hermescleveland.com

Feeling bored with hanging out the pine cone wreath you made in Girl Scouts? Looking for something new to do to the Christmas tree this year? Rev up your holiday spirit and get decorating ideas at the Bay Village Early Childhood PTA’s Home for the Holidays Home Tour, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Seven Bay Village homes have been decorated by local designers and florists, with entertainment and refreshments at several of the stops.

In addition, Dwyer Senior Center (300 Bryson Lane, Bay Village) will host a holiday marketplace with dessert and coffee, holiday-themed merchandise and door prizes. Tickets are $15 and are available until noon Saturday at the center. Call 440-892-5915 or go to www.bayhomestour.com
