2 cans Deviled Ham
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Tbls. Mayonnaise
2 Tbls. Mustard (any kind you want)
2 oz. Chopped Pimentos
Square sliced bread

1. Set the cream cheese out to soften about a half an hour.
2. Scrape the layer of fat off the top of the can of ham and then mix it into the cream cheese.
3. Add the mayo and mustard. When fully blended, add the pimentos.
4. Cut the crusts off the bread. Spread a bit onto the bread and cut into halves or quarters. Put them onto a plate with moist paper towels. Add another layer of moist paper towels between each layer of sandwiches. The key is to keep the bread very soft, moist and fresh. This will make them disappear amazingly fast.
