Frozen yucca (I like frozen because fresh usually comes covered in wax)
2-4 Limes
3-6 Tbls. Minced Garlic
Olive Oil

The trick to good yucca is in the boiling.
1. Put the frozen yucca in cold water and set it on to boil. After it comes to a full boil, drain off the water and refill the pot with cold water again. When it boils again, add some salt to taste, about 1 tablespoon.
2. Lower the heat and cook until the yucca is almost translucent.
3. Drain and put into a heatproof casserole; spoon on the garlic and squeeze on the limes. Heat a few teaspoons of olive oil until it’s smoking hot, then drizzle over the yucca.
