The Alliance Française de Cincinnati is hosting its annual Epiphany celebration, Fête de la Galette des Rois (Feast of the Kings) from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Terwilleger Lodge in Dulle Park, 10530 Deerfield Road, Montgomery.

In a French cultural tradition, the event includes celebration of a unique pastry, a French cake with a soft almond filling. Inside the cake is a small china doll. Whoever finds the china doll is king or queen for the day.

“It’s a great opportunity to share French culture with the region and create friendliness between Cincinnati and French culture, which is often misunderstood,” said Barbara Klaw of Fort Thomas, president of the alliance.

Cost for the event is $10 at the door, and includes cake and refreshments. For more information, visit www.france-cincinnati.com and click on events.
